MSA studies (Measurement System Analysis); This training will show you how to select the proper measuring systems for you organization.  ISO standards require that measurements that are used to judge product acceptance be conducted with instruments that are calibrated to make sure the measurements are true.  Measurements can be either attribute (good or bad) or variable (actual numerical value) of the product or the process. It will also show the most efficient and cost effective way to calibrate Inspection measuring and test equipment (IM&TE) and maintain the required records to show traceability to NIST or an accepted physical constant.

Corrective action: This training is geared to explain how to respond to nonconformances. It will show the steps of Containment, Root Cause Analysis, Corrective Action, Verification and Validation. It explains the necessity to apply root Cause analysis and the various methods most applicable to the issue. Also explains how to determine when to stop investigating and implement corrective and preventive action. How to determine effective implementation and show records of action.

Preventive action; This is perhaps one of the most valuable, overlooked and misunderstood process. This is a required process in all of the ISO standards and derivatives and simply makes good business sense. When this process is properly applied you will find that the incidence of customer complaints dramatically decrease because you are anticipating the problems and preventing them from escape. Logical, predictable and measurable.

Audit Training; Shows how to effectively implement a process to measure your Quality Management System and summarize the results for Management Review. Discusses how to schedule based on the process approach and importance, the most effective ways to keep records and auditor training.

Customer communication;  Probably one of the most important proceses.  Sometimes referred to as "contract review".  It is the process of communicating with your customers to determine exactly what they need and if and when you can fullfill that need.  It requires insight into the customers business and intended use of your product or service.  It is a two way communication process that can involve all processes that affect the realization and delivery of the product or service.  If you don't get this process correct, you will never fully satisfy the customer.
